We have collected information – easy to read and understand- from different sources, such as Vital Farms, American Grassfed Association and Ethical foods, to guide consumers, little, by little, to a more healthy and sustainable life.

Dairy products and meats from pasture-raised animals are richer in antioxidants; including vitamins E, beta-carotene, and vitamin C.  They have  more “good” fats, and fewer “bad” fats, and of course,  they do not contain traces of added hormones, antibiotics or other drugs.
